Tamra Walker

Tamra Walker is a Jerusalem-based photographer and FIT (NYC) alumna who has spent decades documenting history’s most pivotal moments—from the aftermath of September 11th to the current landscape of post-October 7th Israel. Since making Aliyah in 2021, Tamra has used her lens to bridge the gap between raw journalism and soulful artistry.

Beyond documentation, Tamra utilizes photography as a therapeutic tool to empower individuals with special needs and those navigating trauma. Her work is a celebration of “God’s creations,” capturing everything from the intricate details of wildlife to the sacred pulse of daily life.
