We have dramatically reduced shipping rates to all other continents.The combination of each product and each location has its own shipping rates. All shipping charges are calculated on-the-fly for each order individually and are shown to you before you check out.

1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Processing (Fulfillment) Time

All products are made to order. Once an order is placed, it typically takes 2–5 business days to process and prepare the order for shipment. Over 97% of orders are shipped within this timeframe.

After processing is completed, the order is handed over to the shipping carrier for delivery.

General Shipping Terms

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it may not be possible to edit or cancel it. If you wish to modify your order details (such as shipping address or other information), please check whether such an option is available through your account. While we will do our best to assist when possible, modifications cannot be guaranteed once the order has been submitted.

If you experience an issue with the shipment of your order, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date or estimated delivery date so we can assist you.

Ownership of the products transfers to you once full payment has been received and the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and depend on the delivery location and products ordered. Additional charges may apply for remote or difficult-to-access locations.

Flat-rate delivery charges shown at checkout apply to most locations. However, additional shipping charges may apply depending on the specific delivery address.

While we provide estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Delays may occur due to shipping carrier operations, customs processing, weather conditions, or other logistical factors.

Orders are delivered by third-party shipping carriers. The final delivery method may vary depending on the carrier and the destination. In some cases, orders may be delivered to local post offices, parcel lockers, or designated pickup points rather than directly to your door.

Some products may be packaged and shipped separately. If this occurs, items from the same order may arrive at different times.

If carrier tracking indicates that a shipment was delivered but you did not receive it, you may need to contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.

We do our best to keep customers informed of any known delays and to make the delivery process as smooth as possible.

2. RETURNS

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective products must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

If an issue is confirmed to be an error on our part, the replacement or refund will be covered at our expense.

For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

If you notice any issue with a product or order, please contact our support team and provide details of the problem.

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect or insufficient shipping address is provided and the shipment is returned, reshipping the order will require payment of additional shipping costs once a correct address has been confirmed.

Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is returned because it was not claimed or collected, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order. 

Returns by Customer

Customers should contact us before returning any product.

Because all products are made to order, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, including situations such as ordering the wrong size or simply changing your mind.

If we decide to allow an exchange or replacement, it will be handled at our discretion and may require placing a new order.

Personalized Products

According to consumer protection laws in many jurisdictions, including the European Union, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  1. Goods made according to customer specifications or clearly personalized items.

  2. Sealed goods that are not suitable for return once opened due to health or hygiene reasons.

For this reason, we reserve the right to refuse certain returns.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to our facility, we will notify you by email. Returned items that remain unclaimed for 30 days may be donated to charity.

Governing Language

This policy is governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations that may be provided.
